Group culinary experience
Discover the story of a more than 300-year-old mulberry tree and the tradition of silkworm farming on a guided tour through the rich heritage of the Karst region. Continue with a visit to the prosciutto house and curing room, and conclude with a prosciutto tasting. Ideal for larger groups seeking an authentic connection with local history, flavours, and tradition.
The tasting menu includes:
guided tour (the story of the 300-year-old umbrella-shaped mulberry tree and the prosciutto production process),
COBIUS prosciutto aged 24 months, Morus pancetta, cow’s milk cheese, olives, homemade bread, and 250 ml of Teran wine or natural juice,
opportunity to purchase products from the prosciutto house.
The experience is suitable for groups of 30 to 50 guests. Duration: 90 minutes.
