Group culinary experience

Discover the story of a more than 300-year-old mulberry tree and the tradition of silkworm farming on a guided tour through the rich heritage of the Karst region. Continue with a visit to the prosciutto house and curing room, and conclude with a prosciutto tasting. Ideal for larger groups seeking an authentic connection with local history, flavours, and tradition.

The tasting menu includes:

  • guided tour (the story of the 300-year-old umbrella-shaped mulberry tree and the prosciutto production process),

  • COBIUS prosciutto aged 24 months, Morus pancetta, cow’s milk cheese, olives, homemade bread, and 250 ml of Teran wine or natural juice,

  • opportunity to purchase products from the prosciutto house.

The experience is suitable for groups of 30 to 50 guests. Duration: 90 minutes.

Available by advance reservation, Monday through Saturday.

Tasting experience: €14.00 per person.
